Fast Registration and Automatic Temporary Codes

Welcoming guests, consultants, suppliers, or transporters has never been easier: the system allows you to completely digitize the entry process, eliminating paper logs and wait times.

Customized Registration: The solution is simple and fully customizable. The company sends the visitor a dedicated link for online registration in just a few clicks, customizing required fields, user categories, schedules, and internal contact persons.
Approval and Codes: Once registration is complete, the system automatically generates a QR Code or a numerical access code valid only for the defined time slot and authorized areas. Furthermore, after the visit, the code expires automatically, ensuring additional security.
Traceability: In addition to the visitor list, it is possible to view in real time who is accessing, in which area, and at what moment, always maintaining control.

Multi-Site Management from a Single Panel

LabKey’s ability to adapt to complex and multi-site structures is demonstrated by the customization of the Cloud Manage Panel for Algeco. The key advantage is managing all different sites and zones from a single centralized dashboard.

To optimally manage both single entrances and complex flows of recurring visitors, we have implemented centralized and flexible permissions management, defining specific roles and permissions for each site.

Although the panel is unified, the Viewer Operator for each site can access the system only to enable or disable visitors registered for their specific site (e.g., the Padua operator manages only Padua visitors), viewing logs exclusively for their area. The Administrator, on the other hand, retains full access across all sites and all users.

Permissions are managed through automatic rules (defined in “Templates”) based on the visitor category (transporter, consultant, etc.), restricting access to specific sites or time slots.

This digital approach ensures that visitors enter without delay, while the company maintains scalable, configurable control perfectly aligned with corporate procedures, even in multi-site contexts.
